I was banned for 90 days because I tried to link my two accounts with cross-save, and the problem still isn't resolved. I want my Sensual Curryheinz account to be on the same level as Alarmstufe09. It would be great if you could help me and lift the ban.

You weren’t banned, the cross save is on a 90 day cool down. If it’s still not been the 90 days then nothing you can do.
