There was a guy literally just in the news that his entire body was littered with so many parasites that scientist deemed it was inpossible for him to still be alive. This comees down to the where the fish was originally from and where the sushi was cooked. Yes its true sushi grade chefs usually inspect every slice and the flash freezing usually kills off any parasites but there are tons of sushi places that are not sushi grade which outnumber the knes that are. This is giving it a bad rep.
