The new player guide to Enemies and allies is a great start! its nice to see and official break down of the various species in D2. I also want to acknowledge to effort to summarize and simplify it all to avoid an overwhelming info dump. However, there's a few things that seem overly brief. in the intro to each species, the only thing said about the eliksni is they have 4 arms and they're the bad guys? no mention of who they are as a species or their motivations, worshiping servitors, reusing materials etc? just 4arm&evil. ok. since when are the hive undead? is that cannon?? Savathuns brood has some sure, but overall? necromancers were the worst heretics of the hive. they revere Death in its finality as the one truth of existence right? Why arent Caiatls legions mentioned in the allies section? "at least one is an ally of humanity" -yes but that one is the Empress of their Largest Empire which conquered many worlds. is that not worth mentioning? or do you honestly belive that anti-cabal slop about them causing Caiatl Cough? come on. I like the introduction to banes and champions, and I would like to see a more detailed list of each bane and which verbs and exotics counter each champion. A deep dive of every enemy type within the factions would be awesome too, but thats probably getting beyond the scope of a new player guide
