While using the Prismatic Titan subclass, Thruster is receiving a huge cooldown increase while the Drengr's Lash Aspect is equipped. I believe it is changing it to match Towering Barricade's cooldown. Rally Barricade continues to remain unaffected by both the Strand and Prismatic variants of the Drengr's Lash Aspect. Either Thruster is receiving an unintended increase to its cooldown from Drengr's Lash, or Rally Barricade is not receiving a longer cooldown. This affects the amount of ability energy gained using swordmaster set bonus as well, making thruster on prismatic titan less attractive when using Drengr's Lash. And rally barricade blocks sword's from doing damage. Please reply Bungie support, thank you. I also uploaded a video for proof.
