I went through Edge of Fate a few weeks back and since then have gone to finish finding the upgrades and catalysts for the Gravitron Spike HC. All was fine and dandy, until I went to find the last intrinsic upgrade. Everything that was supposed to be there, was there, except the actual collectible on the ground to pick up. Anyone else have this issue?
