We received reports of players experiencing issues with weekly shipments in the past. However, those issues were addressed in [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/destiny_update_9_5_0_5]Destiny 2 Update 9.5.0.5[/url]:
[quote]Fixed an issue where players logging into multiple characters of the same class in one week could progress or lose Syndicate Weekly Shipment progress.[/quote]
If you are still experiencing this issue or a similar issue with weekly shipments, then please provide us with screenshots or a videoclip which demonstrates the issue you're experiencing. If you have visuals, you can upload them to a media-hosting site such as Imgur or Youtube. We'll then investigate this.

Have you tried walking closer to the window(s) by where the shipment icon appears across from Spider?

Thanks for the response. Please see the video attached which shows I have completed small shipment but I see no shipments by Spider even tho it's day 0.

It would seem these issues were not fully fixed. I don’t have a shipment this week either.
