Phase limit equilibrium first encounter
I’ve never seen shielded enemy not start special attack until I had this feat activated. What’s up with that bungie.
I tried again and this time it went normal and finished it with 50 seconds left on timer solo. Just weird that happened and out of 24 completions and multiple first encounter farms first time I seen that but it was also the first time I activated phase limit feat.
