Hello Bungie Support,
I am looking for assistance with a missing DLC entitlement issue that has not been resolved through support tickets.
I purchased Destiny 2: The Final Shape – Year of Prophecy Ultimate Edition on Steam on 12/4/25. Shortly after purchase, I accidentally logged into Destiny 2 using my Xbox account first, and I believe the entitlements were incorrectly applied to my Xbox profile instead of my Steam profile.
As a result, my Steam characters do not have access to the Annual Pass / Episode Reward Track, even though the purchase was made on Steam.
I have already:
Submitted an initial support ticket on 12/6/25
Submitted a follow-up ticket on 12/13/25
Verified DLC installation on Steam
Verified linked profiles on Bungie.net
The issue is still unresolved, and this is paid content that is currently unusable on the platform it was purchased for.
If a Bungie moderator or support staff member could please escalate this case or review my existing tickets, I would greatly appreciate the help.
