If you hate it don't do it. It's a video game.
I cleared VH three times. Didn't get Ice Breaker. Not a big fan of the dungeon so never ran it again. The result: the sun still goes up in the morning.

understandable, but man I just want that exotic sooo badly, since it's the first sniper grenade launcher in D2.

Take it easy, you will get it. It's a video game. Play for fun. Enjoy the game and the loot when it drops.
