It wasn't removed.
Beneath the Necropolis is still in the Pinnacle Ops and the full dungeon is still available on the Moon destination screen.

Hi there! Can you please provide screenshots of the error message you are receiving when you are attempting to launch the dungeon from the Moon in the Destinations area? You can also try to launch the Beneath the Necropolis activity in the Pinnacle Ops section or the Portal. Please upload any screenshots you wish to provide to a public source such as IMGUR. Thanks!

Have you done the dungeon unlock quest 'The Deep Awakening' on that character?

What's the quest about? It's impossible to translate them between laungeages...

It comes after the campaign, it looks like you've done that though as you've got the mission node showing It tells you to do Altar of Sorrows - opening 1 chest and defeating 20 nightmares. It has this icon: https://www.bungie.net/common/destiny2_content/icons/f82e2cad61ef7d8aa0b3b8f24f44f815.jpg
