Yeah I'll never understand why they put restrictions on PvP - or anything really. Why wouldnt you want the players to have the option of performing at their best? I was doing so bad with the crap weapons I had at my disposal - and otherwise never use. It's not like I dont know they exist, I tried them, came to the conclusion that they sucked and put them in the vault. I don't need an event to give them another shot.
