I'm running straight arc warlock with either Geomag's Arc Soul / Ionic Sentry - Sparks of Resistance, Frequency, Shock, Ions. Or Getaway Artist Electrostatic Mind / Ionic Sentry - Sparks of Shock, Frequency, Resistance, Haste.
Outbreak Perfected / Unfall or any rocket sidearm / Heavy of choice (I use Outrageous Fortune or Terminus Horizon)
Either build is comfy running Altars of Sorrow even at Ultimate

Just lean into grenade stat as your Arc Soul and Ionic Sentry both get the damage boost but as a guide here are my build stats :- Getaway Artist :- Health 32, Melee 73, Grenade 146, Super 106, Class 85, Weapons 46 Geomag :- Health 94, Melee 39, Grenade 84, Super 148, Class 84, weapons 43 The Geomag is all about getting the super as often as possible but you are almost never without an ability ready to go. Running Techset armour x4 if using Outbreak Perfected is a hoot but a mix of Techset x2 and Smoke Jumper x2 is a good compromise and adds survivability on orb collection.

Just this week I decided to put together a pure arc warlock build with Getaway Artist as you described you use. Does Outbreak synergize well with the build? I was looking at going with the new Gunburn SMG (with Kinetic Tremors), Unfall, and Thunderlord.

Outbreak Perfected Unfall / Aberrant Action / Yeartide Apex / Psychopomp (Depending on activity and champs) Outrageous Fortune / Terminus Horizon Bad JuJu may be worth a look for even faster Super regen and if you are running a legendary kinetic. Just had a thought, Microcosm is kinetic......heheheh may be worth a try for the lolz. ;)
