as can be seen in attached video i have both tier 3 and tier 4 instances of cusp sempiternal, however i cannot purchase this gun from the epic raid vendor, not even at the T1 level that the vendor is currently displaying (which honestly seems like another bug since all other gear can be purchased at T3).
