Towers are instanced & creates on demand. It has absolutely zero correlation to game health. Next time you get a full tower or are flying in a while & you see a full roster, change character & fly in again & 100% you'll get a brand new tower with just you, or like 2-3 other guys because as 1 fills a new one is created by demand.

Heheheh ok , ok I understand where you are coming from and will agree to disagree on game health indicators with you right now. Regardless of how the towers are "Instanced" the fact remains that over the last 11 years of playing I have never encountered more empty towers when paying a visit. In fact I'd say I only encountered an empty tower for the first time after Lightfall. Less people are playing, more people distrust anything Bungie has to say, game is in trouble and Renegades will be just a spike in population that will rapidly tail off. I'd suspect that the true numbers will come when people like myself who bought the season pass will play Renegades for that reason but will then be done with the game.
