Can't access the Reward Pass in Ash and Iron even though i purchased the Ultiamte edition
Need some help on how to get the reward passes if i purchased the Ultimate Edition (bought it on Steam but cannot acces the rewards from the pass, i can only access at the expansion and activities though).
Got downloaded all the content and everything, even tried to reinstall the game but no effect.

1 OdpowiedźDid you purchase it and launch the game of Steam before or after activating cross-save? The passes are showing as activated on your now dormant Steam account - fill in the form on [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]this page[/url] using 'Submit Request' at the bottom. Mention they were applied to your dormant Steam account rather than your cross-save active platform account (PSN) and you'd like them moved over. Tickets are reviewed in the order they're received so depending on backlog it may take a few days for them to review and decide on whether or not to do it - for things like this its usually fairly quick for them to just apply the passes.
