Seasonal conquest
Bungie posted not that long ago they were fixing the seasonal challenges: when timer gets to zero, our aquired lives would NOT disappear. In the whisper conquest, our lives that we aquired disappeared when the timer reached zero.

That was fixed as far as I know.
