cusp sempiternal purchase denied despite being unlocked
as can be seen in attached video i have both tier 3 and tier 4 instances of cusp sempiternal, however i cannot purchase this gun from the epic raid vendor, not even at the T1 level that the vendor is currently displaying (which honestly seems like another bug since all other gear can be purchased at T3).

Bungie mentioned a while ago they had taken report of the issue [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/265034959]here[/url] but to my knowledge haven't said anything further about it.
