Hey there, characters are permanently locked to the account on which they were created, so there's no way to play the characters here on another Steam account. Unless there's something creative you can do with Steam Family Share (and I assume not as f2p DLC is not generably shareable through it), you'd have to approach Steam for a refund and repurchase on the correct Steam account.

As long as you haven't played it, it should be fine - I've refunded impulse buys that I never played, once it came out on Humble Monthly and I now had a free key for it.
