remove pinnacle cap leveling aka 450, 550 from game, leave it at 400 and 500
i dont mind the leveling from 200-400 then to 500
but the pinnacle drop rate is horrible 1 week of farming and still only got 2 class items.
just remove pinnacle, there's no reson for them to exitst.
tier 4 is 400. tier 5 is 500, seems good to me.
