Don't worry they'll change it when they see less people hitting high power and not re grinding it after they reset it.

Might be too late. The game is currently bleeding players. On pace for lowest player counts ever.
-
Not even close tbf, lost around 100k players since EOF release, & 620k a day id still 6 times curse numbers 😂 That's not to say it won't get there, but right now it's holding very well considering how everyone online is so upset
-
Zero chance there is 620k per day. Absolutely zero.
-
There's 120k playing right now 😆 Yesterday's numbers from bungies API, so what they see **Overall:** 675.45k **PvE:** 665.25k **PvP:** 207.23k **Gambit:** 6.19k **Raid:** 42.53k
-
Bungies api lol.
-
Clearly you don't know how this all works. Bungies API is public & several sites & even twitch streams pull data from it nonstop, there's a stream right now showing 120k players playing right now.
-
Sorry 175k
-
-
Mmo population estimates 140k a day. Way off from your 620k
-
I know exactly how it works and it's highly inaccurate. There is no definitive player count besides steam.
-
Steam is a 3hour snapshot, concurrent, & it lines up with API numbers also. 1 can't be right & the other be wrong to fit your narrative. People see steam at say 30k & laugh at 750k not knowing they're 2 totally different contexts
Don't worry they'll change it when they see less people hitting high power and not re grinding it after they reset it.
I fear too many people will have left by the time they get their heads out of their engrams.

I think as long as bungie keeps dropping engrams, the players will continue on out of desperation hoping to get something good out of it like a lottery ticket.
