PS5 - can’t get into character selection
Game is literally frozen on the class logos spinning around, no error code??

Can you confirm that you are running the PlayStation 5 version of the game and not the PlayStation 4 version? If you are using the PlayStation 4 version, can you try getting in on the PlayStation 5 version to see if the issue persists?
