loss of characters
hi, A few days ago I wanted play in Epic Games and so I did the cross save to transfer my Steam characters, When selecting the main account, press Epic Games and on that platform I don't have characters, So when I wanted to play again on Steam, I no longer had any of my previously created characters, So I wanted to see if anyone could help me get my characters back.

Hey there. Cross-save asks you to pick one of the linked accounts, the characters from this account (if any..) become the character set that appears when you launch the game on any of the linked platforms. Looks like you picked your blank Epic account to be the Active set, meaning when you launch the game on Epic and on Steam, you are loading into this blank Epic account. Your Steam characters have not been deleted, as per the instructions on the setup pages, they are currently dormant and inaccessible. If you disable cross-save, the Epic character set will become Epic-only again, and the Steam characters will become available again on Steam. Unfortunately as also agreed during cross-save, there's a cooldown involved for players who buy Silver, and the cooldowns are all unskippable. Bungie will not bypass them, you have to wait.
