Sunset or sunrise?

I prefer sunrises. The first hour of my life was spent watching the sunrise with my father. I still remember it.

Sunsets are prettier, sunrises are too bright and my brain ain't there yet when I see them.

Sunset hits different, sunrise requires me to be up earlier.

I take morning runs often with other people, so while I often may visually prefer sunsets, sunrises represent companionship to me. They also give me hope.

Seeing as I barely sleep, I must note that sunset signals that my time to do the stuff I want to do is upon me, and sunrise means that I must return to being a civilized human, of which I am not a fan.

If I am up early enough to see the sun rise, something is wrong.

Sunrises arguably have the worse ending due to getting into that weird yellowish blue period of morning, but their is something really sweet about them sunrises that outranks sunsets for me.

Being much more of a night person, I far prefer watching the sun go down rather than rising.

Both. Sunrise because I've spent too many years having to get up before the sun and being at work/commuting when the sun rise happens. If I get to actually watch, it means it's a day when I don't have to work. Sunset because they tend to be more spectacular in my area than the sunrises.
