Sturm 'broken'
Am I the only one encountering a random black hole that seems to eat up all my overcharge rounds at random?

All overflow perks are broken. I've heard it's related to the seasonal origin perk, but not positive. Anything that takes your magazine above 100% will be removed after a short time. Even rev zero's sniper shots will get removed.
