Roasted Brussel Sprouts
=======================
Ingredients:
1 bag of fresh brussel sprouts
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbs of olive oil
salt and pepper
1 roasting pan
========================
1. Wash your hands. Do it or you'll risk getting food poisoning.
2. Cut the stems off of the brussel sprouts. Wash thoroughly to get the excess grime off.
3. Cut the brussel sprouts in half. Immediately toss the halved sprouts with the red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt/pepper, and olive oil. Put sprouts in roasting pan. DO NOT COVER.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the sprouts for 35 minutes.
5. Serve with steak.
I would like to share with you that if served with steak your flatulence will be rancid. Depends on your gut health or maybe it's just me. Anyways eat up brussel sprouts are my favorite vegetable.

Brussel sprouts are good for you. They help a healthy colon, too!
-
Pair them with asparagus, and you get double trouble for the nose

Sorry, but Brussels sprouts? 🤢

Thine flatulence shall be a potent odor of turmoil and malevolence, worth it.

Brussels are one of my favourites too! I've never roasted them with the red pepper flakes. I'll try that soon, especially since you can get fresh from the field brussels where I live right now. I often use some fresh rosemary or oregano (straight off the plant in the garden kind of fresh.) Sometimes, I don't add any spices and roast them with peeled and sliced beetroot and parsnips instead.
