The community have been asking for in-depth/detailed descriptions in game to happen for years, they haven't said whether or not they'll ever do it. At this point basically consider it as not happening. As for the mobile game, it's not a Bungie project - its entirely NetEase with Bungie providing oversight/minimal input to make sure it stays within the license conditions.
