I can't log in to the game, to choose a character. Nothing happens on the start screen after the interaction and returns to it after a small download, over and over again. What have I already done and it didn't help: - Restarted the game - Restarted the console (Ps5) - Cleared the console cache - Restarted the router What helped: I managed to log in when I connected the console to my smartphone Internet access point. What could be the problem and how can I play over my usual wi-fi connection?
