Linked a deleted steam account
Hello,
Some time ago I linked my now Steam deleted account. I linked this account some time ago and I now found out that it was deleted. How can I replace the steam account linked with my bungie account without waiting 90 days? I also can not authenticate my account as it does not exist anymore.
Any help will be appreciated

Edytowany przez użytkownika EckyThump: 9/6/2024 4:53:40 PMHey there, you mentioned you 'found out that it was deleted' - Steam accounts do not get deleted for inactivity (at least, not in the last 15 years or so) so the only way to have it deleted would have been to request that directly from Steam. If you didn't ask for it to be deleted, then it sounds like you're maybe using the wrong login credentials? If you can regain access to the account, there is no way to skip the cross-save cooldown, it is mandatory. You must cancel cross-save, unlink, link the new account, wait the 90 days, then you can set it up again. If Steam support however is unable to give you access to that account, then unfortunately your cross-save setup is stuck as-is. It is not possible to unlink without cancelling cross-save, and it is not possible to cancel cross-save without authenticating all of the accounts. Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts, or cancel cross-save.
