Hiya, I've got parental control over my 13yo son's Bungie account and have allowed both voice and text chat under the social section of his Parental Controls page. I've also ensured that his linked PSN account allows messaging from anyone (Privacy Settings > Personal Info | Messaging > Messages > Anyone.) Despite all this, he still can't use any form of chat in-game. The options just aren't available to him. I'm assuming it's age-related, but would appreciate confirmation or assistance getting this corrected.
