Since the vex are now making their own choices is an alliance possible?
I remember in the lore book some did try to communicate with the guardians like the friendly hobgoblin and others seem friendly like the harpy’s and again in the lore book some were build sand castle others were climbing trees and what is assumed that they were laughing so I think a alliance is not impossible, tho if we kill maya than what would happen to the vex she change?

But would it make sense to ally with Vex? No. This would clash against their species innate drive, working together for a common goal. Individuality doesn’t automatically mean you turn on your own kind. That’s more about goals and morals. If anything, they would seek to control the hive minded Vex and be the overlord. That should be the goal for vex with individuality.

All the vex are programmed for something why would they choose to ally with the humans when they receive no benefit through their main purpose of programming.
