She is referring to someone else...
Someone who has been there this whole time plotting and scheming...
Someone who has earned our trust while secretly plotting our downfall the whole time...

Those of us in the pre-Omega D1 Lore Summit group know the truth, but it seems I am the only one brave enough to say it aloud.
Ghost is plotting against us with Mara Sov.
I dont know what they're planning... But actually I do know because my keen mind is able to read between the lines on these lore cards... They want to conspire with the Fallen to kill all the Servitors and install their own regime over Eliksni-kind, creating a new unified order that could dominate all life forms.
This is hinted at in a couple lore cards, but I think this is the most compelling one. Clearly also hinting at D3 and the storyline for that, just wait and see if I'm right, you all call me a madman but then my predictions keep being correct.

And of course, if this is all an allegory, I sure do hope there's not any lore that actually reinforces the events depicted in this lore entry. It'd be particularly bad if said lore was from the same season. Or if it wasn't even lore at all, but instead actual story told to us by the characters directly. You see where I'm going with this. 8 Odpowiedzi100% I'd hate to beat that old drum. What did the Queen say to Alice? You won't understand this, btw... but it's okay. "Don't lose your head". To start. Mara is not just "evil"... It's much more nuanced, "evil" would be too obvious. Savathun is evil 👀. But were the Amhakara a monolith of evil... no. Were all the Eliksni like Mithrax's mother... no. Mara is calculated, she's sadistic and manipulative. She is corrupt and she willingly made that choice. However, there is a lot of mommy baggage and that's what I've been writing about.
