I have followed all the directions to the letter and the parental controls to allow my 14yr old to access Voice Chat and Text Chat are still not applying.
We have both logged in and out of all accounts/profiles, restarted system and game, and even waited 24 hours.
I completed and passed AWS.
He is linked to my account.
All the settings on the PS4 are correct.
