I've opened several tickets for ban appeal, without success. My steam account was hacked two years ago, which I believe, could have triggered the ban, see ID ticket 344946. I'm playing Destiny since 2014, never had any issue, I've spent hundreds of dollars for game, dlc, shop, etc. I understand that the safety of my account is my responsibility, however, I've learned from the mistake and selected better passwords, activated 2 factor authentication etc. Please have a look at what the ban caused, check if there was any activity ongoing via my account from another location.
