Hi I bought the mouse pad from SteelSeries on the store and my order didn't show up even tho i got charged, I thought it was my browser at first so I waited a bit and after a while still nothing so I tried on another browser and still the order didn't show up tried contacting support never got a respond and later got an email updating my order status but I still couldn't get the order number or any info about my order same thing when I ordered Godslayer Title Pin didn't show up this time didn't get any email but still got charged, support is not responding it's been almost 2 months
