Since Joseph Staten left that was a year before Destiny 1 was released because this developer chopped up his work. For 10 years now the game's story has been some of the worst I have ever witnessed, and it got a lot worse with Destiny 2.

When it was HIS turn to see the writing on the wall, he shuttered himself off to produce the supercut to finally give the pre-production hellstorm they were in any semblance of direction! Oh yeeeah, totally! Savathun is actually power-scaled to be sooo smart, that she’s aware Destiny is a video game! That’s just great! I love it when everything is cheapened like that!
