My companion app has been unusable for the better part of two months. I assumed it was just a minor "into the light" bug and it would just be ironed out within a few weeks. The entirety of "into the light", I search forums and reddit, only to find others with the same issue and no response from Bungie acknowledging the issue. Now that "final shape" is out, I want to play even more and seeing that my app is not working is so dishartening. I've tried every method of troubleshooting, and nothing has worked. Re-installed 3+ times, every cache cleared, refreshed log in, waited 30 minutes to see if it just needed time to load, and nothing has fixed it.
