2023? Little late, don't you think? I think it probably will be when Witch Queen drops, given that their TWAB from today just stated: "Windows 10 (and up): Windowed HDR is now supported. To use windowed HDR, players must have the in-game HDR option enabled, and Windows 10 configured to have "Use HDR" enabled for the specific display. When playing Destiny in windowed HDR, the game will automatically swap between HDR and SDR if the window moves to a display without HDR support. All players (SDR or HDR) that use the software OBS on Windows 10 (and up) with Window Capture: ensure the ”Capture Method" is set to "Windows Graphics Capture" or capturing will display a black screen. The BitBlt setting will continue to work for previous versions of Windows." That little line "and up" kind of implies Windows 11 support, no? There's not too many differences between 10 and 11, mainly a couple UI and obviously the HDR support/options on W11 is a LOT better. Either way, just wanted to make the post for Bungie to see.

Windows 10 and up means updates within windows 10 and the variants. Unless Bungie states otherwise it’s only 10

Seeing as it's worked for me up until recently I'd say the likelyhood they mean 11 as well is pretty high. Was only broken by the recent microsoft update that added a "standard" HDR implementation, and not a hacky version microsoft has been limping along on for a while. I can't imagine it will take bungie long to adjust to this change, even if it is with the witch queen expansion.
