I already opened a thread, but I just became the answer:
"Hi there. Unfortunately, if you didn't receive anything then that means you somehow didn't meet our criteria."

Then what am I supposed to do if I think I should get the fix, because I got duplicates?
Let me clarify a little bit. I got almost every item you can get for free from Eververse since season 3 including items from events like Crimson Days, Festival of the Lost or The Dawning. Now for the first time I was not able to do that, because I got duplicates on characters I was still missing armor for. That would be 2 armor pieces for my hunter and 1 for my titan.
Now I read that there will be a second fix, but only for them who are already received a fix on May 8:
"Once the secondary fix is live, all players who qualified for the May 8 fix will be able to visit Tess Everis and receive bundles that contain the armor pieces for each class."

Also what I am worried about was this:
"For the fix on May 8, we identified players who opened enough engrams to be in the bugged state and then compared the number of unique items they received"
What is with those people who bought items directly with bright dust? Maybe I did not open enough engrams to get everything, because I also bought things with bright dust. In fact that is the only reason I got everything for my Warlock.

Hi there, Thank you for your report! As mentioned in that article you quote, we are investigating other avenues for identifying players who were impacted by the bug but were not caught in our first fix.
