Repeal the name and shame clause in the code of conduct for evidence or have a place where we can send evidence privately.
This in game reporting is not effective and is causing a distrust among the fan base as seen in the forums.

Perhaps if you did a little investigation prior to making this 'request', then you would know that Bungie does have a process in place for reporting suspected gamers outside of the game. Report Suspected Cheating

Say I have a laggy match, just a single one, yet someone thinks I’m cheating, so I get blasted all over here without any proof I’ve actually cheated. Can easily cause issues for me, or whoever would be in the same position as me. Fact is, people don’t know the difference sometimes, and start accusing without proof. Now if Bungie decides to give us a list of known cheaters, that would be great! Even if they’re banned, I can still have an idea of who to avoid in other games.

They have a reporting system in place. Name n shame rules are there for a reason.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Lord_Shar: 1/29/2019 12:13:18 AMAs much as I'd like to see naming and shaming policies changed, there is little chance of it happening due to local laws and liability issues. Furthermore, videos and screen shots can be doctored, so internet content always has to be taken with a grain of salt. Even if you can't post video evidence here, there is no such guideline on youtube nor reddit, so you can post away there.
