Zoo full of errors NOT MY END

dear Bungie I am finding your zoo full of errors quite disappointing you took a game I loved and killed it I have talked to xbox I have talked to my internet provider even have gotten a new router apparently the only way I can play my game is if I am hard line into my modem which is complete and total BS I see there are many other people on here having the same issue as I, you have no support or no way to contact you I only get animals that do not help me I have been having this issue for 2 weeks I am very disappointed it would be greatly appreciate it if you could close your zoo and open your game, if I have to go purchase a $300 modem I expect compensation I bought a game thinking I could play with my current equipment but apparently I was wrong, I know I'm not alone in saying this but please fix this issue or I will never purchase a nother bungee product again I see no point in wasting my time when it is too precious
