Yes understood. I have an account on XBox Live. In fact I am on my live account now at xbox.com. I managed to level my guardian to 27 before I started to receive this issue. I have no issue playing any other games or downloading content via being logged into my Xbox One with my Live account. My account subscription is paid for and good to go for another 6 months or so. I have removed my profile, reinstalled my profile, removed Destiny and reinstalled Destiny. Can you see how this issue is plucking my nerves?

Really? Maintenance for 3 weeks and I am the only one that has had an issue out of all of my friends with this game? On top of that I am one of the very, very few to have reported the "BUDGIE" error code on the forums. Also, as I said previously, my system is the Xbox One, not the 360 which is the only affected platform by the maintenance being performed on Live as shown on the link listed above posted by you.
