Request - non-player-targeted emotes

Easy to explain, may not be doable given the current method of defining objects in the world, but: I want to be able to target an object or enemy, the same way I can with another player, and then emote at it. "aboniks points at the Golden Chest" "aboniks points at the Spinmetal" "aboniks points at the Devil Walker" "aboniks points at a dead ghost" We have a problem at this stage, in that we can't convey information about the world to strangers very well. I just want to be able to point AT things and have that information conveyed to the randoms that I'm sharing the world with. That's all. Hope it's possible, I'll totally understand if it's not. It'd be really helpful for building in-game community cohesion though.
inb4 "aboniks dances with wolves"
