I agree, but why does Eva Levante, Guardian Outfitter have a refresh time if the same shaders keep showing up. Defeats the purpose of having a refresh time. Maybe they should change the shader system and allow you to buy them with strange coins or mode of light.

I THINK That the emblems she sells change (but I could be wrong, I haven't really paid enough attention.)
