This is the help forum so it should be the correct place. I do know to what you are referring but I'm not sure how to help you. I too use the app, both on the iPad as well as a Samsung Galaxy; however, I am not having the same issues you describe. Perhaps reply again with the device on which you have installed the app...?

Yep, me too but I see the cards and text just fine. Any chance you have some screen resolution app or some non-default screen setting turned on...?

No worries, happy to help. When I downloaded and first logged in, I thought it was odd that the app was locked in portrait but quickly realized why after checking out the features.

I have the screen locked in landscape. Maybe try portrait?

Yes, give that a shot. The app defaults to portrait and does not have rotation abilities...
