I've been experiencing issues with the game suddenly freezing at the title screen (after pressing "start" as the game loads) and during regular gameplay. The only way to fix this for me was to force quit using Task Manager. I've noticed it often happens while awaiting matchmaking, around the time a full lobby is assembled and launched into an activity.
These issues seem to be happening more frequently since the Solstice update. Prior to that, some freezes would cause the game to not be force-closable by Task Manager, at times so bad I have to hard shut down my laptop.
I'm not sure how helpful hardware info will be, but here are some of my specs:
Device: Asus Zephyrus G14 (2021)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS
GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 6GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Edit: forgot to mention that CPU usage for the game would hit 0% according to Task Manager while the RAM usage was still present.
