Bit of a strange one, it will only count progression for the bounty if you are the first person on the team to pick up heavy from the heavy crate that spawns.

Edited by NoNopeNoway: 7/18/2022 2:27:42 AMWhat a cheat. Ok. Thanks for the information. My friend was with me last night in Gambit. We had two wins. She has the Darkness in Light quest. She went in at 40% wins. She did not get credit for either of the two wins. What is going on there?
-
She can try to abandon (delete) the quest then pick it up again from the drifter.
-
Also, she already has done the 100 motes.
-
Then she would lose the 40% wins, and in this environment, wins are hard to come by.
-
Cant remember if the quest progress is retroactive or not however as long as she is depositing motes and getting wins it should count. Other than that there isn't really much else that can be done.
-
She has finished the motes but is still depositing them. Bungie could fix their game.
-
The final thing I can think would cause this is if she no longer owns Forsaken. If she owned forsaken (Gamepass, Game Sharing etc.) and then lost access during the quest it will no longer count progression until she owns forsaken once more. This is due to Malfeasance being a forsaken gun and requires the DLC.
-
Thanks for the information anyway.
-
How could she not own a game that she purchased?
-
Forsaken is a DLC and not the game. It is only thing that would prevent progression on the quest other than it being bugged.
-
She was able to get the quest. She did the 100 motes. She got 40% progression. She has Forsaken. She bought it.

Edited by NoNopeNoway: 7/21/2022 2:00:28 PMI owe you an apology. It turns out my friend does not have Forsaken. I am sorry for being so dogmatic that she did have it. I got her to check in the places when Bungie shows what you have purchased. Nope. She does not have it. My sincenere appology to you. You were correct all along. She does have it now. She bought it last night. Thanks
