No, there shouldn’t be any more PvE changes for PvP mistakes.

Sunspots aren’t the problem, they were in fact nerfed hard recently. Restoration is more of an issue in pvp, which would be tuning on the helmet’s side. Likely a barricade recharge rate decrease while wearing the helmet would be the solution. I am a fan of separate sandboxes, however we aren’t there currently so we must deal with them in tandem.
