Stay close to your team.
Shoot with your team.
Stop running away and hiding every time you hear a bullet. You are not going to do better as a 1v3 than a 3v3.
If on average you do not get more kills than get killed, please stay off comp teams until you get better, as most of us will just quit instead of waste the time when we witness the hopelessness.
Don't bring blue gear to comp.
Change ships. When I see the first ship acquired going into a comp match, I automatically assume I'm expected to carry, which I refuse to do. Not your fault, but not succumbing to the garbage matchmaking expectations.
Stop putting your barricades and bubbles in your teammates way.
Keep your -blam!- out of your teammates scopes if they are sniping.
LOOK AT YOUR RADAR.
The list goes on, but please just brush up on the basics, otherwise you are just dragging your teams down.
