Edited by stovepipe73: 7/17/2022 9:59:41 PM30ms jitter and 6% late packets is not looking very good. That service you are using is having problems with D2. D2 requires far more from your service stability wise than any other game you will play.

D2 requires stability not every provider offers a service that will provide D2 what it needs. Geographic location on the planet is a huge part of it, the great distances that signals need to travel and then return in literal millionths of seconds. Any breach of that data leads to all these issues.
