88% think it's not worth it. This proves my point. This is a scummy move by Bungie.
88% think it's not worth it. This proves my point. This is a scummy move by Bungie.
How does one go from a group of people having the opinion that something is not worth the money charged to proving their point that the one selling is scummy. It's all based on opinions. Your opinion cannot be proven. Your opinion is ...... your opinion. Some may share it while others won't. Having others agree with an opinion in no way proves it. Many have the opinion or belief that earth is a flat disc and many agree. Proof we live on flat earth? The attention and validation you are seeking on this subject doesn't show a chilled person as you claimed you were but quite the opposite.

Too bad one $10 purchase is worth more than all of your opinions combined

Tbh this is them putting silver based items into a silver bought item.
-
Not really. It more proves you don’t like the looks of the stuff. But it’s an optional 10 dollars that doesn’t affect gameplay

The numbers don't lie, however people will argue nonsense until they are blue in the face. -
The numbers don't lie, however people will argue nonsense until they are blue in the face.
But the numbers are showing people's opinions. Yes you are exactly correct that people will argue nonsense or try to pass off their or other's opinions as hard facts till they're blue in the face. Yes it may not be worth it to many however the fact is it would cost more than double if sold separately shows there is some worth to it in terms of saving money for those willing to spend it. For me it has no value as I have absolutely no interest in paying for cosmetics. I guess other's like to play dress up hence the complainers about something so nonsensical that one can only assume are coming from a child.

I mean…. Tell me what someone devoting their entire day to protesting an optional item that only affects looks and is going to be sold anyway and the people that are going to buy it are going to do so anyway no matter if they read your words or not is. I think you are way too invested in the game tbh

Edited by GalaxySpider: 7/16/2022 5:34:44 AMProblem is, the more they experiment with that -blam!- now, the higher the chances that this sort of experiment appeares outside of events, and maybe not just with cosmetics. It wouldn't be the first game where studios tried to went that far and conmunities revolted until that nonsense was stopped. For instance, binding loot crates to an actual progression system, like SWBF2. While loot crates were formerly only known to be "cosmetic" in nature in many games for wuite some time now, EA suddenly tried to do more here and literally changed that into a P2W system since progression was tied on these things also now. It was unchanged after the limited BETA access, despite the bad feedback they got, and even found its way into the final release. It was changed later, obviously because Disney told them so, since the image of the brand's name "Star Wars" was hurt. Yet without the fans revolting in the first place nothing would have been changed. It this is just one example, from another Publisher/Developer.

As I should be as it is my favorite game and the state of it is -blam!-. Thank you for making my points even more valid.
